Terms and Conditions — LS3 Report Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and LS3 Report ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to your use of the LS3 Report website, mobile application and all services, games and features available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this agreement.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements stated below.

These Terms are written in plain English for the benefit of Pakistan players. Where there is any ambiguity, the interpretation that best protects the fair operation of the platform and the interests of genuine players will be applied.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on LS3 Report, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LS3 Report is strictly an adult platform. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own true identity. Corporate entities, automated systems and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full name and valid contact details.
• You are only permitted to hold one account on LS3 Report. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or any combination — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee of LS3 Report, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have received explicit written permission from the platform.

We reserve the right to ask for identity verification at any stage. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended pending verification.

We reserve the right to decline any registration application at our sole discretion, without being obliged to give a reason.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure. You must not share your account access with any other person.

All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact LS3 Report support immediately. We will investigate and take reasonable steps to protect the account, but we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords.
• Do not log in on shared or public devices unless you log out and clear session data afterwards.
• Do not respond to any communication claiming to be from LS3 Report that asks for your password — we will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

You must notify us promptly if any of your registered details change, including your contact number, email address or payment method details. Keeping your account information accurate is your responsibility.

4 Deposits & Payments

LS3 Report processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of your interaction with the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR wallet.

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant deposit processing
• Easypaisa — instant deposit processing
• Raast — bank-to-bank instant payment
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets — as listed in the cashier section of your account

You must only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account to fund your LS3 Report wallet is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Standard deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa carry no platform-side fees on your end. Bank transfer and card processing fees, if any, are determined by your financial institution, not by LS3 Report.

LS3 Report does not accept deposits made in cash or through any anonymous or unverified payment method.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. In cases where this is not possible, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed or forfeited before the relevant portion of your balance can be withdrawn. This is explained in detail in Section 6.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest. Bank transfers depend on your bank's processing schedule. We aim to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside our control.

We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and initiate a review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

LS3 Report offers deposit bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed alongside the promotion in the Promotions or Bonus section of your account. Those specific terms take precedence over this section in the event of any conflict.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses on LS3 Report unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before the bonus funds (and any winnings generated from them) can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier is stated with each promotion.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate. The eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active on your account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abuse and collusion: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Forfeiting a bonus: You may forfeit an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Be aware that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus that have not yet met the wagering requirement.

LS3 Report reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific players from promotions if we have reason to believe that eligibility conditions are not being met honestly.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on LS3 Report — including slots, sports betting, bingo and fish games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible from within the game or from the game information panel in the lobby.

• Slots: Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility ratings are displayed in the game info panel before you start. Results are generated by certified random number generators.
• Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant sporting body. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC or the relevant tournament authority. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared void, bets are settled according to the specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.
• Bingo: Each bingo room has its own ticket price (in PKR), draw schedule and prize structure. These are displayed before you purchase tickets.
• Fish Games: Fish game outcomes are influenced by both the game mechanics and player choices. Game-specific rules and multiplier tables are displayed within each title.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnections, software errors or display issues — the round in question will be settled based on the server-side game state at the time of the fault. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our side, any stake placed for that round will be returned to your PKR wallet.

LS3 Report does not offer credit. You can only bet with funds that are available in your verified PKR wallet balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LS3 Report. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or technical glitches. Any winnings generated from a known error are void and will be removed from your balance.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Abusing the customer support team through aggressive, offensive or threatening language.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the platform's software, data or content.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

We actively monitor account activity for signs of the above. Where we identify prohibited conduct, we will act swiftly and without prior warning. Any funds associated with prohibited activity may be permanently forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming

LS3 Report is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and within your means. We provide a set of tools to help you maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount from your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous gaming session duration. You will be notified when the limit is reached.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform through your account settings. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on LS3 Report — including the brand name, logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, graphics, software and any other material — is the intellectual property of LS3 Report or its content licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the LS3 Report name, logo or brand materials without prior written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically download platform data.

Any unauthorised use of LS3 Report's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

LS3 Report provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LS3 Report is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• Loss of data, profits or opportunities caused by service interruptions, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Third-party content, services or payment processing delays.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

LS3 Report reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion. Common reasons include:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or collusive behaviour.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. If you close your account, any verified available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, LS3 Report reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach pending investigation.

13 Privacy & Data

LS3 Report collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We collect information including your name, contact details, device and usage data, and payment information. This information is used to operate and improve the platform, process transactions, verify identity and comply with our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.

14 Changes to Terms

LS3 Report may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or an in-platform notification — and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your available balance.
